Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the role of parent attachment and peer attachment on middle adolescence life satisfaction. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 391 middle adolescents, aged 14-17 years old in Jakarta. The sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling technique, convenience sampling. For the measure instruments, this study used the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R) and the Multidimensional Students' Life Satisfaction Scale (MSLSS). Based on the results of linear regression test, F(388) = 212,378, p = 0,000 <0,01 so that there is a significant role from parent attachment and peer attachment in middle adolescence life satisfaction. Moreover, there is a significant role from parent attachment in middle adolescence life satisfaction (t = 14.999, p = 0.000 <0.01) and there is a significant role from peer attachment in middle adolescence life satisfaction (t = 8.849, p = 0.000 <0.01).
