Abstract
This research is held to know perception from young adulthood women whose father did polygyny. Perception is process individu to organize and interpret their sensory image so their can give significance to surroundings. Father is individual who can influence the quality of family by involved on activity and family which related with child, in lastly will decrease of mother is role. The data is taking from interview, namely in-depth interview which include five subjects. Subject on this research is young adulthood women whose father did polygyny wedding. The date gathered start from June 24, 2008 until September 5, 2008. Based on result of interview from five subjects, the result is perception from a child to her father can be changed if her father doing polygyny wedding and child will not make father as a figure in future.
