Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the correlation between self-efficacy and persuasion skill on property sales. The total subjects of this research are 77 sales. Researcher used questionnaires which are based on Likert scale to collect the data of this research. The data was analyzed with Pearson product moment correlation by SPSS program 11.5th version. The result of Pearson product moment correlation between both variables shows r=0,687 with p0,000 < 0,01. It means that there is a significant and positive correlation between self-efficacy and persuasion skill on property sales. It also means the higher self-efficacy that sales have, the better persuasion skills that he/she has.
