Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the difference of burnout level for stay over nurses from the personality theory of Five Factor Models. The participant of this research are 140 nurses. Subject of this study was nurses from Sumber Waras Hospital, R. Syamsudin, SH Hospital; and Assyifa Hospita l. From this population, 30 people taken as try out subject and 11O people taken as research subject. Data were taking by using questionnaire and analyze by using Regression, processed with computer program of SPSS for Windows of version 11.0 . From regression calculation result obtain value F= 9.374 , p=0,000 (p<0.05). It means the hypothesis Null accepted and it can be said that there are difference of burnout level for stay over nurses from the personality theory of Five Factor Models.
