Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the correlations between religious commitment and anxiety in period of time before the woman prisoners release. Religious commitment is the ability to be bound to the teaching and responsibilities in the belief of God and moral relationship with mankind in the form of long term behaviour. Anxiety is an unpleasent feeling of fear and 3pprehension accompanied by increased physiological arousal and avoidance Jehavior. Questionnaire design is used in this research and 45 woman prisoners Jarcitipate in this research. The Spearman Rank Order Coefficients of Correlations is used to analyze the data. This research show that there is a negative significant correlations between religious commitment and anxiety in period of time before the woman prisoners release rxy = -0,472 , p < 0,01.
