Abstract
This research is motivated by the low level of turnover at PT. CKM company with 0.6% presentation. High and low turnover associated with the degree of organizational commitment of employees to the company. The lower the turnover rate, the higher the level of organizational commitment. At present, the quality of work life is often assessed its impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of the quality of work life for employees' organizational commitment in PT. CKM. Subjects in the study as many as 125 employees. Data were processed with statistical linear regression method. This study resulted that there is a significant influence on the quality of work life on organizational commitment. With the results of F = 10.400, value = 0.00 < 0.05, and the amount determination index is 46.8%
