Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and work engagement at PT.GAA. Data was taken from 340 permanent employee, at least high school education or equivalent, and have minimal 2 years work experience in PT.GAA. The research was conducted at PT.GAA, Tangerang, by using purposive sampling technique that was conducted since March 18th 2015 until the end of April, 2015. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, independent sample t-test, and one-way anova. Result showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and work engagement at PT.GAA with r=0,550, p=0,000, which means the higher quality of work life, the higher the work engagement, and vice versa. Result also showed that employee at PT.GAA has a high quality of work life and also high work engagement
