Abstract

Self-efficacy is an important thing that must exist within a teacher. With self-efficacy, the individual is able to overcome the difficulties and job stress that exist in the environment. Individuals who can cope with job stress, have better job satisfaction, so that the quality of work life is also better. The purpose of this study was to look at the correlation between self-efficacy with the quality of work life on a teacher at a special school. The subject of this study were 174 teachers who teach in some special schools in DKI Jakarta. The design of this study is non experimental by using quantitative method. This study uses a correlational test. The result of this study showed a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy with the quality of work life with r = 0,314 and p = 0,000 < 0,01. Thus, the higher the person’s level of self-efficacy, the higher their quality of work life
