The research was conducted with 1 child will be receive inteventions as an and 1 child will not receive intervention as a control subject. Both children within the average age of 3.5 years who have approximately 30 words vocabulary, unclear pronounciation, and have attention span difficulties. The intervention consisted of articulation training, new vocabulary introduction, and tongue muscle flexibility training. After 8 intervention sessions in the span of 4 weeks, the child in has increase mastering 42 new words, 34 words of which were in the recall stage, 8 words in the recognition stage, and also has the ability to pronounce 2-syllable words. With no intervention, the control subject in the control has less words than the experimental group which is only 25 new words in the stage of recognition only, and have no improvement in articulation capability. Another result found in this research is that the play method helps to create the initiative for spontaneous speech. The important and successful factor in the intervention lies on the affection/positive emotion arroused from the activity of playing. Through playing, children feel happy that create an inner motivation of exploring things arround them. A playing method has succeeded in creating children’s interest to use words so that children do repetitions of the words to the stage of comprehension for the meaning of the words. The method also helps children to stay focused on the materials given in the studying process. "
