Abstract
Teachers’ performance is affected by internal and external factors. Researcher has assumption that religiosity is one of the internal factor and organization climate is one of the external factors affecting teachers’ performance. The purpose of this research is to find the effects of religiosity and organization climate towards teachers’ performance. The number of participants are 35 teachers of SD X, Daan Mogot, Jakarta. Data were collected using questionnaire and analysed using regression. Result of this research shows that consequential dimension of religiosity and supervisors’ support dimension of organization climate have significant effects towards teachers’ performance. Analysed together, religiosity has more effect toward teachers’ performance than organization climate.
