Abstract
" The aim of this research is to find correlation between perception of man employee on woman leadership with working motivation. The total subjects of this research are 100 subjects. Researcher used questionnaires which are based on Likert scale to collect the data of this research. The data was analyzed by SPSS software version 12.0. The result of this research shows that there is a very significant and positive correlation between perception of men employee on woman leadership with work motivation. Baed on the data, found the correlation between man worker’s perception toward the woman leadership with the working motivation as follows r = 0,207, p = 0,039< 0,05. The result of tihis research shown that there is a positive perception between man worker towards the woman leadership with working motivation significantly. So if the perception of a man worker is higher towards the woman leadership, means the working motivation will be higher as well. With a higher perception of a man worker towards the woman leadership means that the perception is fine. "
