Abstract

Moral development concerns rules and values about what people should do in their interactions with other people. Schooling is one of factors that influence adolescents' moral development. Single-sex school is where the entire student ir body of the school are the same sex, coeducational school is where the student of school are boys and girls. The aim of this research is to find out the difference about level of moral-development between girls in single-sex school and coeducational school. The whole subjects for this research are 300 individuals, which consists of 150 girls in single-sex school and 150 girls in coeducational school. Reporting the result, pursuant to level significant 0.05, result of the research is t(298) : -2.267, p < 0.05, with score of significance 0.024. This means there is difference level of moral development between girls in single-sex school and coeducational school.
