Abstract

Many of the premarital sex phenomenon was found on university student at late adolescent age. Love play a key role on premarital sex (Young, 1995). Love have components, such as intimacy, passion, and commitment (Stemberg, 1987). The 3 components differ in various peOple. The components of love occur in varying degrees will produces 8 kinds of love, such as non love, liking, infatuation, empty love, romantic love, companionate love, fatuous love, and; consummate love. The purpose of this study are to find out Jakarta college, students kinds of love in premarital sex. The subject of this study were 450 university students, comprising 250 men and 200 women. The data were analyze with SPSS 12.0 program. The result from this research showed that the average of intimacy is 4,1635 and standard deviation 0,52361; the average of passion is 4,3618 and standard deviation 0,54854; the average of commitment is 4,2756 and standard deviation 0,53658.
