Abstract

"ln this Observation, we observ about the process of decision making for an entrepreneur for running the MLM business. This Observation have a purpose to know the reason and factors are caused the entrepreneur with their own business decide to let go their business and running the MLM. This Observation also describe the step of decision making which used an entrepreneur for running the MLM. This is a kualitatif Observation which using depth interview method to four participant, and result are that found some problem that the entrepreneur facing due with lack of time and money, also target or dream the entrepreneur which can not their get in conventional business and describe about the process of decision making levels. The process of decision making are identified problem, make an object, identified criteria, evaluating alternative, comparing alternative, choose alternative, and implementating alternative. "
