Abstract
This study aims at knowing the description of work stress and stress coping on official employee who has high productivity. The participant on this research are 26 official employee from production division PT Garmindo Utama Jaya that furthermore will be selected by using quisioner. The obtain data from the quisioner later on will be process for knowing which employee who had high stress by using analisis hierarchical cluster using SPSS ((Statistical Program for social Sciences) program for windows 12.0 version. From the result processing data, obtained 5 employee with high stress that furthermore will be interviewed for knowing the tackling strategy on the stress. From the interviewed result, it's had been found that five employee had taking care stress based on problem focused coping with planful problem solving form, confrontive coping form and also based on emotion focused coping with distancing form, seeking social support form, accepting responsibility form.
