Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to describe work motivation of Bajaj driver. The subject in this research were 200. The data was gathered with questionnaire and processed with SPSS software ver 12.0. Based on data analysis, the result in this research showed that the mean score of work motivation of bajaj driver is 2,83. This result showed that work motivation of bajaj driver is high enough. The data analysis was also carried out done too to the dimensions of work motivation: intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The result showed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation have a high enough mean score for intrinsic motivation that is 2,81 and extrinsic motivation is 2,87.
