Abstract
"The purpose of this research was to find out if there is a difference in teacher's Work performance with his/her personality which was classified based on - Holand's personality typology. Holland's personality typology are categorized into 6 groups: Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), ( (E)Enterprising dan Conventional (C). He also made a categorization of work environmental into he 6 same groups. The participant of this questionnaire research was 73 Teachers of public school X and Y. Data were taken by using questionnaire and analyze by using oneway-anova. The One-way Anova calculation resulted in a obtained value of F (19, 29) = 4,644; P > 0,05. There by the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It means that there difference teacher's job performance with personality which was based on Holand’s personality. "
