Abstract
This research aim to see the differences of social motivation at college student of ‘X’ University who involve to leadership of an university student organization. This research make use of amounting to 150 subject. The research base on a hypothesis of there is a differences of social motivation at college student who involved to leadership of an university student organization abserved by variousity of organization at ‘X’ University. Researcher carry out data processing by Manova. The result point out that are no different of achievement motivation (F=0,626; P=0,645; P>0,05) and power of motivation (F=0,532; P=0,712; P>0,05) and there is a different of affiliation motivation at college student who involve to leadership of an university student organization (F=2.661; P=0,035; P<0,05).
