Abstract
This research is aim to get the self-concept and the fulfill need for affiliation at late adolescence with vision loss. Unable of their physique influence indirect of their self-concept, so adolescence with vision loss are not sure of self-confident to do their activities such as relationship among friends, close-friends, and going steady. The need for affiliation is the basic need for individual to get close relation among families, friends, close friends, going steady, and socialization. Data collection was conducted by interview since February 2006 until January 2007. Subjects of research of five people, two women and three men. The limitation physique since born (be born blind) there are three and two are not born blind. The research show that Su and Do have internal self-concept tend more positive than others three subjects. In external dimension, Dn and Do tend well because have all sub-dimension. Dn subject fulfill the need for affiliation at neighborhood family, make friend relationship, close friends, going steady, and other social neighborhood. Me subject only fulfill need for affiliation at social neighborhood.
