Abstract
"Marital adjustment is the process of modifying, adapting, and altering individual’s patterns of behavior and opinion towards the couple, family, and friends, to achieve maximum marital satisfaction. Religiosity is the degree of how an individual knows and understands about his religion, engages in ritual practices, and reflects the extent of his religiosity in daily life. Religiosity can be seen from five dimensions, i.e. ideology, ritual, experiential, intellectual and consequences. This research wants to see if there is any correlation between religiosity and marital adjustment in Catholic young adults. The subjects in this research are Catholic young adults. The study has taken 117 respondents as sample. By using the method of Pearson correlation of SPSS Ver 12.0, the result are r(117) = 0,480 and p = 0,000 < 0,01. This result means there is a positive correlation between religiosity and marital adjustment. "
