Abstract

This study purpose to see perception effect about wage to job motivation. Subject this study amount 120 peoples. Collection data from study done with questionnaire with created based Likert Scale and Differential Semantics. Data from this study analyzed with using regression method with assist SPSS program version 13.0. Purpose this study is know what there is perception effect about wage to job motivation. Based result of data processing, gained regression value between perception about wage to job motivation F = 59,002, p = 0.000 < 0,05. Result from this study to refer that there 50,2% perception effect about wage to job motivation.
