Abstract
At puberty phase, teenagers start experiencing changes. Among them is physical change. This physical change can bring negative impact to early adolescence, which adolescence experiencing body dissatisfaction. The aim of this research has an objective to find correlation between body dissatisfaction with friendship motivation in early adolescence girls. Data are acquired through 190 test subjects. The test result showed negative correlation between body dissatisfaction with their friendship motivation, by value of -0.439, p < 0.01. It’s meant that the more higher body dissatisfaction, the more lower friendship in early adolescence girls.
