Abstract
An individual always finds stressor, the fatigue that makes someone feels tired in the end, not only physically but also psychologically during the working hours. The fatigue can be originated from job characteristics and physical working environment. The aim of this project is to know the presence of the relationship between perception on work characteristics, physical working environment with work fatigue. The subject in this research is 86 production workers that had work for PT. X., Sentul-Bogor. The data collection tool in this reseach is questioners, and the analysis of data was done by using pearson product moment and. The result of this research shows that the perception on job characteristics are not related with work fatigue (r=: -0.126, p<0,01), however, the perception on physical working environment has a great negative relationship with work fatigue (r= -0.362, p>0,01).
