Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to analyze, the role of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Organizational Justice. The study was conducted at PT. S located in Jakarta, the number of participants were 89 employees. Data collected by distributing questionnaires, which consisting of two measurements, namely leadership and organizational justice. Data on this study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results from this study indicate that transformational and transactional leadership contribute significantly to organizational justice. Transformational leadership is more effective to organizational justice than the transactional leadership.
