Abstract
"This Research is to view the role of the variables subjective well being, transformational leadership, and commitment organizational against the employee performance. This research use some of theory one of the theory that is used theory employees performance from Koopmans. This research using quantitative non experimental methods with marketing employees as participants(N = 90) The results from this research prove that subjective well being, transformational leadership, and commitment organizational give effect to employee performance with score (R2 0.609, p < 0.01). This result is able to answer the hypothesis that there’ Ho rejected and H1 was accepted. On the other result researcher got information that variables that give the most contribute to employee performance is transformational leadership with score (r = 0.501), compared subjective well being score (r = 0.078) and commitment organizational (r = 0.393). "
