Abstract
" There are so many factors that can influence in mastery the developmental tasks in late adolescence; it can be physic, psychological or even the environment. The developmental tasks can be defined as an individual's needs to achieve the ideal of his life and also as a demand from the society. This research only discuss about the psychological factor: the personality between extrovert and introvert which have the probability in mastery the developmental tasks in late adolescence. The measurement instrument in this research are questionares which are given to 100 subjects. The data are calculated with t-test. In this research, the writer get mean score in mastery developmental task for extrovert: 552408 (3 = 82705) and 447592 (3 = 89128) for introvert. lt shows that there is a different in mastery the developmental tasks in late adolescence between extrovert and introvert (t (52) = 4,495, p<0,01. Extrovert better in mastery the, developmental tasks in late adolescence than introvert. "
