Abstract
Interpersonal conflict among employee's have not been separated from social relationships in every company. With different background in ethnic group, ideology, culture, politic or economic condition; an employee in one company may have experience in conflict with others. The resolution in interpersonal cnflict predicted have relation with employee's mental health. Related with that thing, this research try to find the relationship between both of variables. The numbeer of subject were 50 employees from PT. X in Jakarta. Data was collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by Spearman's Rho nonparametric correlation using SPSS program 11.00 for windows. The result of this research shows that there is a positive relationships between individual mental health with eftectivity of interpersonal conflict resolution (r = 0.571, p < 0.01).
