Abstract
ln doing their duties, occasionally traffic police officers behave aggressively. The factor which promotes traffic police officers aggressive behavior, has not had clearly determined. However, discerned from the significant attendance of traffic police officers in highways, unavoidably everyday they spend half of their time in traffic with bad physical environment. This research intends to discover the correlation between perception on physical working environment and aggressive behavior motivation in traffic police officers. Data was acquired from 42 traffic police ofhcers member used questioner and anaiyzed with correlation computation in SPSS 12.00 version. The result indicates that there is a correlation between perception on physical working condition and aggressive behavior drive in traffic police officers, R,, = 0,664; p < 0,05.
