Abstract
Working is the important thing in human life. To have & job satisfaction is expected from each of the employee. There are several factors that can influence job satisfaction (a) mentally challenging work, (b) equitable rewards, (c) supportive working conditions, and (d) supportive colleagues . The issue in this research is to describe the job satisfaction as a sales insurance in PT. Asuransi X Jakarta. In order to explain the issue, the researcher used quantitative method as the research method. Subjects are those Who are working as a sales person for PT. Asuransi X. The research analyzed by t-test. and SPSS 9.01 for Windows. Based on the data (N: 125), the result is most of the sales insurance are satisfied as a sales person.
