Classroom management techniques using MBB was introduced as an alternative techniques that can resolve the large size classroom issues at ease, conduct in a short time (less than five minutes) and inexpensive. The whole new classroom management technique was introduced through a series of experiential learning. The failure or success of the experiential learning is determined by the teacher’s attitudes change before and after the experiential learning intervention. The method used in this research is an experimental with one group pretest and posttest design. Fifteen classroom teachers from four different elementary publics school participated in in this study. Results indicated the difference mean before and after using wilcoxon nonparametric test which explained that there is a significant effect of the experiential learning on teacher’s attitudes in managing classroom using MBB (Z=-3.354 dan p<.05). Further analysis showed a positive attitude’s change towards MBB in cognitive, afective and conative response, as the result of experiential learning.
