Abstract

This research was carried out to observe the influence of Leader Member Exchange to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, using Job Satisfaction as mediator variable. The participants of this research were 313 Store Associates and Cashiers in bookstore of PT GM. To observe the Job Satisfaction as Mediator of Leader Member Exchange with Organizational Citizenship Behavior using quetionares were distributed to the participants. Regression analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) method had been deployed as the chosen technique to analyse the main data. The result of research is Job Satifaction as mediator between Leader Member Exchange and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
