Abstract
Stress on work, known as occupational stress is not a new phenomenon in our society. It can be happened to anyone, from many kinds of occupations, including teachers. Primary teachers and high school teachers have different kinds of stress compare to preschool teachers; either they are local preschool teachers or the international one. There are two kinds of stress they may get, which is internal and external stress. The stressor is divided into three major groups which is organizational, individual and environmental stressor. Each individual has their own way to overcome their stress. At the end, this thesis found the kind of stress they have. This thesis is based on the research of five teachers as the representative of Cambridge Preschool in Green Garden, West Jakarta. Research was started in August 9th, 2007 and has ended in December 18th, 2007.
