Abstract
Motivation to represent an internal process in individual awakening and instructing individual behavior to a target which wish reached so that got a maximal result. Conflict is process that happened in individual self when the happening of oposition caused by incompatibility and bothering target which wish reached. The goal of this research is to find out motivation and conflict experience of man which have urbanization to Jakarta for have profession as vendor food. The data is taken by interview from 2nd March to 1st September 2007. The result of the interview with 5 people shows that all husband as wage earner have urbanization to Jakarta because the limited area of work in country and fascination of town with high production in order to fulfill the physiological need that is the demand family need. Conflict live to separate from family in Java even also can be avoided by all husband, that is by mutually understanding and the communications involved with swift.
