Abstract
"Work productivity is a result from ratio between output and input to produce some goods or service. Transformational leadership is a leadership with characteristic leader create a clear vision and mission also create a work environment that motivated the followers to get higher purpose. The purpose of this research is to have more explanation about correlation between work productivity and transformational leadership at PT. X. This research has done to 128 worker at PT. X. Data has taken by questionnaires and has been analyzed with Spearman correlation method which is helped by SPSS program version 13. The result is r (128) = 0,00 p < 0,01. This result show that there is a significant and positive correlation between work productivity and transformational leadership. "
