Abstract
Organization commitment is a system correlation between official employee with organization, that can indication with loyalty to organization, accept value and organization purpose and along with try as strong energy for achieve purpose and perpetuity the organization. Work productivity is a measurement of activity how far can reach the target that has been determinate. The purpose of this research is to have more explanation about correlation between Organization commitment and work productivity at PT X. This research has done to 153 worker at PT X. Data has taken by questionnaires and has been analyzed with Pearson correlation method which is helped by SPSS program version 13. The result is = 0,564 and p = 0,000 < 0,01. This result show that there is a significant positive correlation between Organization commitment and work productivity.
