Abstract

"This research is to find out is there a relationship between Work Satisfaction and Work Discipline at PT. Kwinto Viratus. Beside that, researcher hoping to ascertainable the relationship between Work Satisfaction aspect with employee’s Work Discipline at PT. Kwinto Viratus, which is Intrinsic Rewards, External Rewards, dan Convenience Extrinsic Costs. Whereas Lateiner theory and Levine saw Work Discipline aspect from presence, work time, work productivity, pursuance to the regulation, pursuance to the order and uniform using. This research using quantitative method with non-probability technique. Number of the sample in this research are 88 persons. In the determination of this sample, researcher using convenience sampling, which done based easy of location that easily reached by researcher. Result from the research shows average variable of Work Discipline was 4.49 (SD=0.35) and variable of Work Satisfaction was 3.21(SD=0.99), with r(86) = 0.568 at 0.001 significant level. Which means there is relationship between Work Satisfaction and Work Discipline. The higher the Resource Adequacy and the Workgroup Cohesion expected to increase discipline in working at PT. Kwinto Viratus."
