Abstract
Health officer especially nurses can arise stress. Stress is a persons physical and mental reaction to stressor or stimuli in the environments such as the boss, co- workers, and organization policies. This research purposes to know the job stress and stress effect on nurses. The methods on this research use in depth interview. The interview had started from 18 December 2007 until 21 April 2008. The results from the 5 subjects, they experience of the job stress and stress effect. The especially stress effect is feel quickly fatigue and low concentration of work.
