Abstract
Emotional Quotient is ability to knowing self emotion, ability to manage emotion until can to lead self with good and ability to learn to know another emotions, with can to do together correlation with another. Intentions aggression behavior is the willingness to act aggression behavior who have a meaningful the motivation to plait together trouble to hurt another individual. The purpose of this study is to find the correlation between emotional intelligence and intentions aggression behavior on university student. Data has been analyzed using Correlation Spearman Rho. The result, there is a negative correlation and significant between emotional quotient and intention aggression behavior on university student rxy = -,568 p < 0,01.
