Abstract
This study aims at finding the comparison of work satisfaction based on leader’s leadership. Work satisfaction is an affective reaction from human being toward his work and its environment, including the attitude and evaluation toward the work. In addition, work satisfaction deals with perception toward leader’s leadership. Leadership is a way used by a leader to lead his team in a certain condition. If a worker perceive that their leader has a democratic leadership, it will be easier for the worker to achieve work satisfaction. The participant of this study is 62 people. The research finding shows different work satisfaction based on perception toward leader’s leadership.
