Abstract
The transexual who lives in society, have being discriminated. Infected by HIV have psysical and psychologist effect. They need a belief to overcome phsysical and psychological effect. Self-efficacy is what individuals believe in their own capability to read their purpose by using own functioning and over evinronmental events. Transexual is individual who have disorder with their belief, that they are born with wrong sexuality. Usually the transexual wears clothes and perform a behavior likely sex opposite. The research is using interview method, namely in-depth interview, with four subject. Subject of this research are transexual who infected by HIV/AIDS. The research start form July 2008 untill November 2008. Based on interview, the result is that transexual self-efficacy influenced their kind of job choice and also how they can managed their lives better.
