Abstract
This study is aimed to find out the relationship between workers’ perception of work safety, work health and job satisfaction. Perception of healthy and safety at work is a process in which individual organizes and interpretes physiology and psychological of worker, is consequence by work environment which is available in the company. Job satisfaction is individual’s estimation of satisfaction or dissatisfaction of work. This study is a correlational study using quantitative method. Instrument used in this study is questionnaires given to 196 respondents. The criterion of respondents in this study is production and warehouse workers in PT. X, located in Jakarta. Subjects are both men and women, 20-40 years old and have educational background of elementary school at least. The main data analysis in this study uses Spearman correlation. The result of the analysis shows r = 0,460 and p (0,000) < 0,05. It means there is a positive relationship between perception of work safety, work health and job satisfaction of workers in PT. X.
