Abstract

Motivation is the preference to guide someone excercises with mental, verbal, and psysical. Work motivation is the condition that arouse, guide, and protect behavior that related with work environment. The main purpose of this research was to describe work motivation of fireman in DKI Jakarta. Subject in this research was 168 people in young adultdhood. The data was gathered with questionnaire and processed with SPSS software ver. 17. Based on data analysis, work motivation of fireman high enough. The result in this research showed that the mean score of work motivation of fireman is 3,0.
