Abstract
This study aimed to find out the relationship between the big five personality factors and burnout of mental hospital nurse. The big five personality is seeing personality of human being in five dimension that is, extraversion, neuroticism, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness. While burnout is a physical fatigue, emotion, bouncing, because individual involvement in situation that claim emotion redundantly and endless. This study is a compare study using quantitative method. Instrument used in this study is questionnaires given to 211 respondents. The criterion of respondents in this study is mental hospital nurse in RSJ X, located in Bogor. Subjects are both men and women, 20-55 years old. The main data analysis in this study uses One Way ANOVA. The result of the analysis shows F = 1,395 and p (0,273) > 0,05. It means there is no different mount burnout with personality of big five factor of mental hospital nurse.
