Abstract
This research attempt to find differences levels of self esteem among gender role type : masculine, feminine and androgyny on early adult women who worked as driver and task force on Transjakarta bus. In this research Bem Sex Role Inventory (BSRI) by Sandra Bem and self esteem scale are used to define the gender role type and the self esteem level. The measurement was done by compare the self esteem mean among the three type of gender roles. The result from this research show that the women who worked as driver and task force on Transjakarta bus have tends to high level of self esteem, because as can see, the self esteem level is exceeded the hypothesis mean, but there was no significant differences in self-esteem in terms of gender roles. Through data analysis using One way Anova technique was obtained a significant value for 0.069 with p>0.05.
