Abstract
The aim of this study is to know the description of operational police stress and organizational police stress on traffic police in Jakarta. This research was measured operational stress and organizational stress. Both stress was measured by using The Operational and Organizational Police Stress Questionnaires (McCreary & Thompson, 2006). This study involved 197 traffic police in Jakarta. Traffic police who work in operational division (N=153) completed The Operational Police Stress Questionnaires (PSQ-Op), and traffic police who work in organizational division completed The Organizational Police StressQuestionnaires (PSQ-Org). The result of this description showed, the mean of organizational stressor got higher score than operational stressor on police traffic. However, this study can’t be compared between organizational stress and operational stress because those participants were different.
