Abstract
The study was conducted to determine how self-acceptance in early adult woman who has a birthmark on the face. In general appearance as a means to express themselves and influence social interaction in the community. The presence of birthmarks can affect the appearance of individuals who can impact on individual self-acceptance. Data is collected during August-December 2011. The results of the study found that all three subjects self-acceptance is low. This is supported by a poor social interaction with social environment and outlook on life about something. All three subjects were able to overcome her confidence issues because of the three subjects with good social support as a supporting factor that can increase self-acceptance from parents and family subjects.
