Abstract

Teachers need self-efficacy in performing their role and duty, especially at school which has accreditation score A. Through self-efficacy, teachers provide a strong influence on the quality of the learning experience of students. Self-efficacy is also related to work motivation and job satisfaction. The aim of this research is to know the correlation between work motivation and job satisfaction with self-efficacy of teacher in school which has accreditation score A. This study was conducted in nine schools which have accreditation score A, in Bogor and involved 226 teachers as samples. Sampling was conducted from March to May 2012, using convenience sampling technique. The results shows that work motivation and job satisfaction have a correlation and significant with self-efficacy. Correlation coefficient value of work motivation with self-efficacy is 0.420. Correlation coefficient value of job satisfaction with self-efficacy is 0.340. Both significance values are 0.000 with a standard significance value below 0.01.
