Resilience need to be owned by a teenager who suffered bullying to cope with grief, adversity and rise to their roles as students. This research aims to get an idea of resilience in young victims of bullying at school. Resilience of the human ability to deal with, overcome, and become stronger over the difficulties they experienced. Interviews were conducted against three teenage high school students (aged 14 to 18 years) who experienced bullying at school. Data collection conducted in the period between January 2012 until the month of May 2012 through the observation and in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). These results indicate that the three subjects face various difficulties when subjected to bullying at school. Based on the results revealed three factors forming the resilience of the I Have, I Am, and I Can. In general, all three subjects to be resilient. They can cope with grief and adversity and stay in school because of the support from parents and friends, besides the three subjects have the confidence and inner strength to rise up and resolve the difficulties they experienced.
