Abstract

In a effort toimprove the quality of employees/labor, Psychological Capital affect the level of quality in determining. Any organization it is important to have the employees/labor who have a work attachment so employees/labor can work efficiently and have a good performance. Psychological Capital has been chosen as the focus of the research is to investigate the impact of attachment to work. The number of participants as much as 103 people working in foreign companies engaged in the garment industry in the area of Bekasi and instruments used to collect the data needed is the questionnaire. The number of Questionnaires on the measuring instrument is a 24 item variable Psychological Capital and 17 items of work engagement. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of PsyCap against work engagement.
