Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of transformational leadership to organizational citizenship behavior of banking employee. This study involved 121 participants of bank employee using convenience sampling technique. The result shows that transformational leadership style influenced the organizational citizenship behavior of bank employee (F = 55.951, p = < 0.05). Based on regression results, transformational leadership influenced organizational citizenship behavior in the amount of 32% and the biggest contribution was Idealized Influence dimension and the smallest contribution was Individualized Consideration dimension.
